Who We Are!
We are a small team of dedicated professionals and skilled craftsmen. The team consits of;
Will, a product engineer with many years experience working with companies such as Rolls Royce, JCB, Bombardier, Nestle, Vinci PLC, Medstrom and others. Will worked with many of these companies as head of Engineering within a University setting. he is an expert in rapid prototyping, problem solving and reverse engineering.
Marc, a Master Upholsterer with specialism in working with difficult facrics such as Vinyl and 4-way stretch PU fabrics.
Brendan, our designer and CAD expert. Brendan is the master of the CNC and has also recently created some amazing CNC carving solutions.
Kurtis, our Foam converter and foam expert. By combining different grades and densities of foam we are able to find solutions to most pressure relief challenges. We also incoporate Gel Ovations pressure solutions within our products where required.
We are also proud to work with some of the finest UK specialists and other multi-national companies in our persuit of excellence, sustainability and quality raw materials. For example we work closely with theTrelleborg group to identify and incorporate the latest fabrics and materials within our products. In 2023 we will abandon the use of Vinly in all our products and replace it with a PU breathable alternative that does not contain any Estrogen or environmentally damaging plasticisers for example. Later in the year we will introduce a fabric that has sensors actually woven into the material itself. Measuring vital parameters of a sitting patient and wirelessly transmitting them to your consoles for tracking and monitoring purposes.
In 2022 we abandoned the use of the hardwood, Birch. Birch is expensive, prone to attack from furniture beetles and difficult to source from sustainable suppliers. We changed to sustainably souces of structural plywoods instead that are lighter, stronger and easier to CNC instead.

Our products are truly modular in design, something that is at the heart of all modern procurement strategies within the NHS.
We are commited to manufacuring in the UK, supporting the UK economy and creating a sustainable supply chain that responds quickly and efficiently to the ever changing needs of the care sector.
Our chair eliminates the need to manipulate a patient into into a static chair. The chair is simply brought in under the staticly held patient and then raised, tilted and adjusted to meet the patient exactly, thus reducing the risk of skin injuries or secondary manipulations to get the patient into the correct position in the chair
