We actively work with our clients to design and manufacutacture modern engineered solutions for use in medical and care settings right here in the UK. We are currently working on several projects including tilt-in-space devices, static chairs, electrically powered comodes and patient handling products.
Due to our size and our manufacturing tequniques, we are able to move quickly and progress from initial concepts to production prototypes within short deadlines. For example, our first product, the Rise and Recline Plus chair took 4 months from concept to market ready product for example. A recliner chair that is suitable for all patients right up to Bariatric sizes of 950mm wide and 500kg in weight.
OUR Products
Our first step when working with you will be to create a focus group containing all the people who will interact with the product throughout its entire life cycle. By doing this, we gain a full understanding of the challenges and tasks the product has to perform right from the outset. From storage and logistics to use, care, maintenance and ultimate disposal. With our understanding of advanced manufacturing processes we can then advise what can be achieved, or not, before the serious step of spending capital really begins. From experience we have found our approach greatly reduces the project time from concept to production prototype and results in a product that your entire team will feel they have contributed to.
